What we collect

Nothing about you. The site has no sign-up form, no accounts and no cookies of its own. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

The sticker downloads are plain files. Downloading one does not tell us who you are.

Hosting

Cloudflare hosts the site. Like any website host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, and keeps its own operational and security records under Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not store IP addresses ourselves, and the code that runs the site has request logging switched off. Cloudflare runs a global network, so this processing may happen in the United States and other countries.

The embedded video

The home page shows PBS NewsHour footage through YouTube's embedded player, in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube is owned by Google. Your browser may load the player as soon as the page opens, before you press play, and YouTube then receives your IP address and browser details. Privacy-enhanced mode limits how YouTube uses your viewing for personalization and advertising, but it does not stop YouTube from collecting data. Google's use of that data is covered by Google's Privacy Policy.
